raising as much as $10 million a year for the depleted budget of the Environmental Protection Department. and they think it could change people behavior, also people will use less bags because they have to pay for them. It will caused environmental damage by increasing the use of paper bags.

c. Which benefits and drawbacks seem the most compelling? Why?
The complaining is that they increase the charging for the plastic bags because it will increase the use of paper bags.

d. Would you support a local law charging fees for (or banning) plastic bags? Why or why not?
I will support a charring for feeds because it wouldn’t be that much money besides I know I’m helping because people will reduce using plastic bags.

1. Do you agree with this new law? Why or why not?
I do agree with the law, it maybe not be the mayor problem but we have to start with some of the problems.the bad thing is some people will lose their job.

2. What has been done so far?
They have to change their plastic bags and the industries have over a year to adapt to the new technology.

3. What needs to be done to enforce such a law?
Change all bags to biodegradable plastic bags and the plastic bags companies produce new biodegradable bags.

4. What campaigns would you suggest?
I will suggest a camping of none usage of bags,example in Costco they don’t give bags and you have to carry your stuff on the supermarket cars. they could also start camping of recycling plastic bags but special cans were you but every plastic bag you found.
